Web Design Agreement

1. This Agreement is made between:

The Service Provider: Small Web Space & The Client: You

2. Services Provided

The Service Provider agrees to design and develop a website as per the project details under the heading ‘What You Get’ in the ‘Website Design Package’ or the ‘Ecommerce Package’ description.

3. Payment Terms

Total Project Fee: Payable upfront in AUD including GST as per the ‘Website Design Package’ or the ‘Ecommerce Package’ description price.

Additional Charges: Any extra work outside the agreed scope will be charged at AUD $80/hour.

4. Project Timeline

The Service Provider will deliver the project within a timely manner pursuant to timely feedback and approvals from the Client. The project will commence on the completion and return of the ‘Website Design Intake Form’ to info@smallwebspace.com.au by the Client

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide all required content (text, images, logos, etc.) in a timely manner.

Respond promptly to communication and approvals.

Ensure they have proper rights or permissions for all provided materials.

6. Revisions

The agreement includes up to 3 rounds of revisions during the design process. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

7. Ownership & Copyright

Upon full payment, the Client will own the final website design and content.

The Service Provider retains the right to display the completed project in their portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing. If the Client terminates, they agree to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or inability to use the website, including third-party integrations.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential, except as required to complete the project or by law.

11. Agreement

This Agreement represents the understanding between the parties. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
